Chief Hawkins is the owner and founder of Proshield Security of Jackson, bringing over 6 years of security experience to the field. Chief Hawkins became the youngest and only person in his family to attain the position of security guard and chief of security.

Deputy Chief Hawkins is the co-owner of Proshield Security of Jackson. With over 8 years of experience in the security industry, Deputy Chief Hawkins became the first member of his family to establish a security guard company based in Jackson, Mississippi.
